Pamper 4 You currently offers three different types of massage which are the following:
- Holistic Massage
- Hot Stone Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
Pamper 4 You tailors your treatment to ensure that you get what your body needs. There is no set routine in a Pamper 4 You holistic massage, just careful attention to what each individual requires. I look at the causes of your tension and use my vast array of massage techniques (gentle massage, stretches, relaxation work and deep tissue massage) to restore your body to its natural balance.
As a trained and experienced massage therapist, I have a large and clear understanding of the muscular-skeletal structure of the body, I also have an extensive knowledge of key body systems, such as circulatory, lymphatic and respiratory systems, thus allowing me to fully understand the impact of massage on all aspects of the person.
Pamper 4 You offers a specialty massage in which I use smooth, heated basalt stone as an extension of my own hands. Not only deeply relaxing, the heat warms tight muscles within the body allowing me to work more deeply, more quickly.
It has been said that one stroke of a stone is equivalent to ten of the hand.
During a Pamper 4 You deep tissue massage, I apply a much deeper pressure which is of utmost importance when releasing chronic muscle tension. The techniques used focus on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).
Throughout a Pamper 4 You deep tissue massage, I will use my fingertips, knuckles, hands, elbows, and forearms to apply pressure and release tension.
